Tunisia is going to «soften restrictions» in order to attract tourists
in a competitive race for the minds of travelers. And the closer this discovery is, the higher the competition becomes. Yes, this is understandable!
The tourist is now more and more picky! Give him low prices and security, so that it is at the proper level, but without fanaticism.
So Tunisia, being a tourist country, is looking for all sorts of opportunities to find, so to speak, a middle ground between the cost of tours and moderate restrictions. People call it, and want and inject.
True, what Tunisia offers to its tourists cannot be called indulgence, but what we have is what we have.
Thus, according to one of the representatives of the Tunisian National Tourism Office, in the near future the following rules will be established for foreign tourists, including those from Russia.
Every traveler arriving in the country must submit a test taken no later than 72 hours before arrival. Plus, to pass one more test upon arrival, in case a citizen suddenly manages to catch a virus somewhere.
Well to tell? Suddenly!
But thats not all! The fun is next!
The tourist must compulsorily observe quarantine for the first 48 hours of stay in the hotel. And upon its completion, without leaving your number, take another test (at your own expense). And only after receiving a negative result, start a full-fledged vacation.

What do we get as a result? Three tests and minus two days from vacation! Somehow not very good.
I think that only dedicated fans of Tunisia can do this. For everyone else, this is unlikely to be acceptable.
It seems that Tunisia cannot do otherwise now.
I would like to believe that this, if I may say so, «easing restrictions» will not last long, and # Tunisia, as before, will really open its doors to everyone who wants to relax in this country.
It is fair to say that Tunisia in this regard has «surpassed» only Cyprus, which plans to admit only «lucky owners» of a covid passport into the country. Read about it HERE .
