We did not have love for Turkey right away … This story began back in 2010, when we first visited this wonderful and hospitable country. Since then, almost every year we spend our holidays on the coast of the Antalya Mediterranean coast. What hasnt happened to us during this time?

We were taken by taxi for free when we almost got lost. And they recognized us as acquaintances when they found out which city we were from. And to be honest, they settled in the wrong rooms … True, the next morning they solved this problem.

In short, there were a lot of things, but every time we left Turkey, we had an irresistible and burning desire to come back here!

Namely:

We will never drink Nescafe and Lipton tea again, but prefer real Turkish coffee or aromatic black tea.

Instead of a hike to the brand shops, wed better look at the local bazaar or market. There is always what we have been looking for. Moreover, it is not forbidden to bargain there. Turks get real pleasure from bargaining.

After we got to the hamam for the first time, we completely forgot what a spa is.

We never sit in a hotel. It is very important for us to learn as much as possible about Turkey. Therefore, we made it a rule to visit at least 2 excursions per trip. Fortunately, Turkey has something to see. And just walking around the city is always a real pleasure.

We always try to comply with local customs and customs. This is not Sochi, where almost in the city center you can meet half-naked girls and men with naked torso.

Despite the hospitality of the Turks, we always understand that we are visiting. Therefore, «fanning fingers» is not about us.

These are the simple rules, if you like, we have defined for ourselves.
